We are taking on adversary, albeit in a viral form. Yes, it’s true we face many inconveniences, which are definitely not ideal.
That’s why it’s all the more important for us all to follow advice on self-isolation and hand-washing.
We’ve seen how the institution has reacted at other times of adversity and what I know is that when it’s needed, the community spirit within the institution is nothing short of magnificent.
We know that how we act at a time of need is simply an extension of how we act in daily life, offering our friendship and thinking of others is all a part of what our members do every day.
We’re currently developing plans for how we respond as an institution, both now and in the long-term.
With that in mind, we have set up a group of people to make sure that people are not left lonely, frightened, or unsure about how to get help and support.
When times get tough, we pull together. If anyone needs any help or support please contact 0141 414 1418 or firstname.lastname@example.org
There is a fight to be had and we know that the foe in this case is a virus.
