Charity

The Orange Order raises thousands of pounds every year to support those most in need in local ventures and national charities, raising money and supporting indiscriminately. We also have our very own charity the Scottish Orange Home Fund.

One of the largest areas of our work, but often the most undervalued, is the Orange Order’s charitable work.

Each year, the many Lodges and branches raise thousands of pounds for good causes.

We also own three fully equipped Lodges that we use for providing a well earned holiday for our senior members or for members and their families who are recovering from illness or require a break away from everyday stress.

Lastly, we encourage our members to individually raise funds for a whole range of charities and we’d like to pay a special tribute to them and the work that they do.
